Product purposes

The hook head and the connecting device are used for

hanging bucket in shaft sinking, collectively referred to as the

hook head device. The standard of product execution is

Q/smj4005-2002 "technical conditions of shaft hook and

connecting device".

Performance description: the safety coefficient of the hook

and connecting device is in accordance with the relevant

provisions in section 414 of the coal mine safety

code (2004 edition). Cable connector adopted two kinds of

forms, including 5.0 t, 7.0 t adopt eccentric rope ring, the

board connected to said Ⅰ connection; And 7.0 t hook

device in addition to the above form is the same as the 9.0 t,

11.0 t hook device, used the cone socket connector,

antimony alloy aluminum casting to form, called Ⅱ

type connection.

Functions and features: the hook head device has 5.0 t,

7.0 t, 9.0 t, 11.0t and 4 specifications respectively with 2.0

m3, 3.0 m3, 4.0m3 and 5.0m3 bucket.
