JKMD type multi-rope friction hoist
Product purposes
The multi-rope friction hoist mainly consists of motor,
reducer, friction wheel, brake system, depth indicator, speed
limit system and control system. Adopt ac or dc motor
drive. Use low speed motor without reducer, the motor is
directly connected to the main shaft of the drum, or the
motor rotor is installed at the end of the main shaft of the
drum. When the transmission power is large, two or four
motors can be used simultaneously.
The total power of a hoist has reached 11,600 kw. The
braking system is an important device to ensure the safe
operation of the hoist. In case of emergency, the braking
system shall produce two levels of safety braking through the
hydraulic system which can adjust the braking torque, so as
to ensure that the hoist can stop without braking. Ac motor
driven hoist, its braking system has to have the sensitive
braking torque adjustable performance, to control the speed
of the lifting machine at the approaching stop point.
The control mode of mine hoist is manual, semi-automatic
and automatic.With the depth of mine mining and the use of
intensive lifting, multi-rope friction-type mine hoist has a
great future. The friction pad material with good wear
resistance and high friction coefficient is explored. The new
structure of multi-rope winding mine hoist has been used in
some countries, which is important for improving deep well
mining.
